We are China Sophia Titanium, specialized in custom titanium bicycle frames. We support custom road bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes, touring bikes and folding bike frames. Titanium frames feature light weight, high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and comfortable shock absorption for long-distance riding.
Our Custom Workflow
Step 1: Submit Your Requirements & Drawing Confirmation
Send us your bike type (Road / Gravel / MTB / Touring / Folding etc.), rider body measurement, frame geometry, compatible component specs, riding purpose and personalized requests, such as tube style, internal cable routing, bottle mounts, dropout type, custom logo and surface finish.
✅ If you already have technical drawings, we check and confirm the drawings with you.
✅ If you do NOT have drawings, our team provides professional CAD design service for you.
We will review all information and send you an official quotation.
Step 2: Finalize CAD Drawings
Our engineers create or adjust 2D & 3D CAD drawings and geometry layout based on your confirmed information. We revise repeatedly until you are fully satisfied. Production will not start without your drawing confirmation.
Step 3: Pay Deposit
After you confirm the drawing and quotation, pay the deposit to lock your custom order and reserve our production schedule.
Step 4: Precision Fabrication & TIG Welding
We cut titanium tubes, set fixtures, carry out argon TIG welding and hand finishing. We send progress photos and videos during production so you can follow the manufacturing status.
Step 5: Strict Quality Check
After welding and finishing, we test frame alignment, welding integrity, thread tolerance and surface quality. Only qualified frames move to the next step.
Step 6: Balance Payment & Shipment
Once quality inspection passes, settle the balance payment. We pack the frame with protective packaging and arrange international shipping, and send you the tracking number.
